Head of an NGO Democracy Index – Georgia. Is an author and a co-author of several research/monitoring reports and policy documents on the reforms in judicial and prosecution systems of Georgia. Participated in draftin the Strategy and Action Plan for the judiciary and monitored its implementation with the support of the OSGF. Participated in drafting the Strategy and Action Plan for the High School of Justice of Georgia in a capacity of national expert for the with the CoE project. Has experience of working as an assisstent judge in Tbilisi City Court. In 2005 successfuly passed qualification exam for judges. Ekaterine holds a 5 year diploma in law from Sokhumi Branch of Tbilisi State University and LLM in Democratic Governance and the Rule of Law from Ohio Northern University, USA.
