Lawyer with over 15 years of legal experience and Masters Degree from the University of Oxford, UK. Experience includes consecutive assignments for the UNDP, European Commission, World Bank, EBRD, GIZ, IOM and other international donors and development partners present in Moldova.

Experience includes harmonisation of domestic legislation to the Acquis Communautaire in various branches of law, legal research and comparative legal analysis, legal drafting, transposition of best practices into emerging legal systems and assessment of compliance of policy and legal documents with international commitments and the EU Acquis.

Formal qualification and PhD pending 2016.

Fully proficient in English, Romanian and Russian; working knowledge of French.
