Sviatoslav Tkachuk is an attorney with 10 years of experience in implementing judicial reform and rule of law projects in Eastern Europe. He currently serves as a Senior Coordinator for the Dexis Consulting Group and focuses on supporting Pre-Vetting Commission for transformation of the Superior Council of Magistracy and Superior Council of Prosecutors. Sviatoslav served as a legal advisor and special programs manager for the USAID/Ukraine Justice for All Activity and focused on judicial reform, transformation of the High Qualification Commission of Judges (HQCJ) and High Council of Judges, legal framework enhancement and judicial selection of judges. Sviatoslav served as a Chief of Staff of the Selection Commission for the selection of the HQCJ members. Sviatoslav served as a team lead for the Leavitt Institute for International Development projects in Eastern Europe, including Justice Educational Training project in Republic of Moldova.
