Assistant professor in Constitutional and Administrative Law.

Mathieu Leloup is assistant professor in constitutional and administrative law at Tilburg University. He wrote his PhD on the impact of the fundamental rights case law by the European Court of Human Rights and the European Court of Justice on the domestic separation of powers at the University of Antwerp. His main interest lie in constitutional law,  fundamental rights law, the separation of powers and judicial governance.
